Dr. Engr. Worlu is a seasoned oil and gas engineer with over 20 years of experience in drilling, QA/QC, EPC, and project execution across Nigeria. He holds a Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering, an M.Sc. in Geotechnical and Coastal Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, along with certifications such as IWCF, ASNT, ISO Lead Auditor, and HUET. He has led technical operations on projects for Shell, NAOC, TotalEnergies, NNPC, and ADAX Petroleum. At Technova Africa, he oversees engineering delivery and field operations across upstream and midstream assets. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Oil and Gas Research and a member of NSE, ASME, and ASNT.
