Engr. Oleah is the Founder and Group Chief Executive of Technova Africa International Ltd., bringing over 15 years of leadership in engineering, project delivery, and business development. He began his career at Atlantic Oil Company and later played key roles at Automobile Doctors Inc. and SafetyCom Global Systems Ltd. before founding Technova in 2008. Under his leadership, the group has grown into a multi-sectoral conglomerate spanning oil & gas, energy, construction, agriculture, and digital systems. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lagos and sits on the boards of Technova subsidiaries across Nigeria and East Africa.
