Tobi Olutayo is a senior energy executive with more than a decade of experience spanning commercial strategy, power procurement, regulatory affairs, infrastructure finance and transaction execution. He has led complex bilateral and embedded power transactions, revenue recovery programmes, premium network development and multi-stakeholder engagements across Nigeria's power sector.

His career includes serving as Chief Commercial Officer at West Power and Gas and Head of Business Development, Power Procurement and Regulatory at Eko Electricity Distribution Plc. He holds a BSc in Economics from Caleb University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School.
